Definitions used in this Agreement

Agreement means this Agreement
PERTH YOUTH BALLET (PYB), us, we, means Perth Youth Ballet, 4 Carbon Court, Osborne Park, WA 6019.


Enrolment means your enrolment of Vogue Performers.
Student, means the Student attending Vogue Performers.

For all Students under the age of 18 years, all terms set out in this Agreement are the responsibility of the Parent and/or Guardian of the Student.


You means the Student (if you are 18 years or over) or the Parent/Guardian of the Student if the Student is under 18 years of Age. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, all clauses relate to the Student and/or the Parent/Guardian of the Student.

Our Relationship

This Agreement is between Vogue Performers and the Student (and where the Student is under the age of 18 years, the Parent/Guardian on behalf of the Student), is legally binding, and is governed by the laws of the state in which the Student attends classes.

Payment of Fees

All fees are payable via cash or direct bank transfer, over a specified period through a service provider nominated by Perth Youth Ballet.

  • Perth Youth Ballet.and/or the service provider nominated by Perth Youth Ballet. may charge a merchant service fee, administration and/or transaction charges

  • Perth Youth Ballet. may charge fees as listed below for any other late payments.

  • Perth Youth Ballet. reserves the right to terminate your enrolment and/or provide your information to a debt collection agency due to payments falling in arrears (subject to applicable legislation).

  • PLEASE NOTE: All fees must be kept up to date to allow students to continue attending classes.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Fees can be paid either at the desk (Cash only, no Eftpos facilities), on Sat between 9 AM and 1 PM, or by direct deposit to the account listed on your invoice.
A late fee of $10 will automatically apply if not paid on time. All enrolled classes are payable whether attended or not, including sickness, school commitments, or holidays.
Any exception to payment of fees must be approved by the Director. Payments that remain overdue, without approval of payment terms, will result in students being unable to participate in Vogue events and competitions, at the Director

Cancelling your Enrolment

You may cancel your enrolment at any time by contacting your the Production Assistant via email only. No refunds/credits are applied for the enrolment fee or any cancellation of classes.

  • No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

  • No enrolments can be put on hold.

Changing Your Enrolment

You may change details of your enrolment at any time by providing us with 14 days notice. Verbal changes, either in person or by phone, are not accepted.

Missed or Cancelled Classes

Perth Youth Ballet does not offer make-up classes for any missed or cancelled group or private sessions.

Health of a Student

We accept Students on the assumption that they are in good health and fitness. It is your responsibility to notify Perth Youth Ballet of any medical complaint or history suffered by the Student that may prevent that Student from engaging in any physical or active or passive exercises or routine. Please notify our team by filling out the following form here.

Perth Youth Ballet Instills a Code of Conduct

In line with state and federal legislation, Perth Youth Ballet instills a Code of Conduct to enhance the safety and positive culture of our studio. Bullying, intimidation, and behavior outside of our code of conduct will not be tolerated by our studio, to allow for a safe place for children, students, staff, and principals. The Director reserves the right to cancel enrolments at any time due to behaviors considered not in line with Perth Youth Ballet values.
